To use gift certificates, or discount codes (including free shipping codes and employee dicount codes,

you will do so on Step 2, the Shipping, Coupons and Gift Certificates page.

To use a gift certificate, type your gift certificate code in the box labled gift certificate, then hit apply to have your gift certificate deducted.

To use a discount code or free shipping code, type your code (codes are case-sensitive) and hit apply to have your shipping or discount reflected.

If you have more than one discount code, you must enter it and hit apply, then enter your next one and hit apply, until complete.
